  I had hoped to have my car AC fixed before going for a holiday. Alec took time to check the car even when I didnt have an appointment and tried his best to accommodate us for the repair. He explained very well what was to be expected. Donna at the reception was pleasant and very helpful. They provided prompt and quality service. AC working and our family will be able to enjoy a good vacation. They also did a car check to make sure everything will run smoothly. Thank you very much 10/10

  I booked a Toyota Chaser in for mechanical and electrical repairs at very short notice with Donna who as usual was vey helpful and accommodating. Got a very clear breakdown of job requirements and cost from Donna & Alec who were very informative throughout. Work was carried out to a high standard and on schedule, on a very specialist vehicle. So had a very pleasant experience at MJS. Donna and Alec were both very friendly and helpful. They delivered excellent customer service and I would highly recommend MJS to others!

  Highly recommend these guys. Donna is very knowledgeable and kept me informed about my car. Alec kept in contact with me as-well giving me updates. I explained i needed my car for a certain time and they had all the work carried out to perfection when i arrived. I called back in today just to have my car checked for something else. The team had it for 2hours and it was sorted… for no cost. They really do put their customers at the heart of everything they do. I will 1000% be back. Thanks for the amazing service

  Strange one - I won't be back and wouldn't recommend, but I appreciate that Alec was able to see the extortionate nature of the price of the work required following my comprehensive vehicle health check (£1700!!). The issues found will be checked from the garage I bought the vehicle, but as an example, £400 for front brake discs and pads, and £317 for one drivers shock is extortionate. The issue which required urgent attention, which unbelievably happened on the test drive (brake flexi pipe burst), was going to be charged at 2 hours labour, totalling £260 including parts. Thanks to Alec, this was cut down to 1 hour as he was as shocked as me with the price, as I had asked if there was any movement on the price. I'm glad I did because I rang at 3:50pm to check on progress and was told the work to repair the flexi pipe hadn't started, so I'm thankful again that Alec got a technician to begin work immediately, so the work only took an hour in the end as I received the car shortly after 5pm. Can't fault the price and quality of the minor service, and I have nothing but praise for Alec for his understanding regarding the price of the work and his flexibility in bringing the final price down. Overall it was a stressful experience where I was left with no choice to get the urgent work done, I'm just glad I asked about movement on the price, and would be concerned for others who don't.
